Organic Watermelon Gherkins

These tiny little fruits are similar to a cucumber in flavor and texture though botanically, they aren't a true cucumber. Resembling baby watermelon, these heirloom gherkins are crunchy with a tangy flavor with citrus notes. Excellent in salads and salsas or as a cocktail garnish. They're also great sauteed in olive oil.
