Shaker Meyer Lemon Pie

Chef Becky elevates the classic Shaker Pie by using our own fresh, organic Meyer Lemons. We grind up our Meyer Lemons (peels and all) and leave the mixture in sugar overnight. We add eggs to create a delicious custard with an outstanding lemon taste. We pour that into our signature pie shell, made flaky and flavorful with 100% pasture-raised leaf lard and organic butter. This pie is easy to prepare for any gathering, and you and your loved ones will be delighted by real Meyer Lemon bits in each bite of this delicious citrus pie.
