The Red Bartlett pear is sweet and good looking. Like our Taylor's Gold pears, the Red Bartlett is great out of hand and equally well suited to baking. When perfectly ripe, it begins to wrinkle around the stem. Red Bartlett pears bring they same juicy, sweet, soft flesh of the Bartlett pear but with a beautiful brilliant red skin.
