Organic Flavor Treat Pluots
Appearing toward the end of summer or early fall, Flavor Treat is one of the last pluot varieties to ripen in our orchards. A new addition to our stone fruit family, they're similar in both flavor and texture to the Flavor Fall pluot: dark purple skin with contrasting pale, dense, yellow flesh. As you take a bite, you'll notice firm skin gives way to sweet, juicy yet crisp flesh.
In addition to eating Flavor Treat pluots out of hand, their crisp and juicy texture makes them perfect for slicing over cereal in the morning, adding to fruit salads at lunch and serving with appetizers in the evening.
