Often starting our peach harvest in earnest, the Crimson Lady peach is a clingstone variety with firm flesh and sweet peach flavor. This early summer Lady peach ripens to a blush red on our trees and has a firm mouth feel. The Crimson Lady peach is a wonderful peach for baking or cooking since it holds its shape. The Crimson lady peach also has a satisfying chewiness if dehydrated and dried.
