We absolutely love Cot-N-Candy apriums, the only white aprium we grow. Apriums are a cross between a plum and an apricot, which most strongly resembles its apricot parentage with honeyed flesh.
The Cot-N-Candy is a prime example of an aprium, with succulent, white flesh, golden-yellow, lightly blushed skin and more subtle sweetness than orange-fleshed varieties. With notes of honeydew and a soft aroma, this freestone fruit is sure to please - including for baking and canning.
