Organic Meyer Lemon Marmalade

We're big on the tradition of good food at Frog Hollow, but we love to mix it up California-style in the kitchen. Our very untraditional Meyer Lemon Marmalade is bright and tangy without the bitterness of other citrus marmalades. The fragrant Meyer Lemon is much milder than its counterpart, the Eureka lemon, making it the perfect choice for a spreadable fruit.

Wonderful with scones and on toast. If you like to get creative in the kitchen the way we do, try it in cranberry sauce for an extra zing.
