Inspired while touring Italy, Liam Callahan, Bellwether's farmer, and cheesemaker worked to create a distinctive cow's cheese that was mild yet full of "fresh milk flavor". An excellent table cheese, the Carmody is a perfect accompaniment for fruit, offering a great taste and texture without overpowering the sweetness of our organic fall fruit varieties.
We're also featuring the award-winning Original Blue from Point Reyes Farmstead. It is sweet and creamy with a medium to a strong punch of Blue flavor.
